This is NOT an event to raise funds for Veteran's Haven, but to raise money in support of another worthy cause. We urge everybody to attend.

PAST EVENTS

On August 29th, 2006 Veterans Haven sponsored a fund raiser for the Killion Fund. The Killion Fund was established in support of Iraq War veteran US Army Sergeant Chris Killion and the men and women who fought for us in Iraq/Afghanistan. Sergeant Killion needed surgery for shrapnel wounds he received in Iraq, and the fund raiser was held to help raise the money needed for that surgery. Thanks to the men and women who participated in that event over $13,000 was raised that night, with more arriving through the mail afterwards.

In 2005, Veterans Haven and the VFW post in Northville held a Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser in support of Iraqi War veterans Brian Kolfage and Dustin Howell. We raised approximately $6,000 to help these heroes with medical costs.
